Self Healing

The human body is self-healing. Let me say that again. Your body actually repairs its own damage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, since inception. It fights for your very survival every day until its last day.

Let that sink in for a second or two. If you don’t find that to be mind blowing, it just hasn’t sunk in yet.

Now you’re asking yourself, if that’s actually the case, why do I often feel like it’s not repairing? Why am I always tired and aging the way I do? Why do people deal with autoimmune issues like arthritis, dementia, cancer, diabetes, heart disease, and more, every day? Certainly their bodies are not repairing damage.

As complicated as the human body is, the answer is really quite simple. Imagine one single cell, just one. That cell has a life span. Within that life span, how efficiently was it able to absorb needed nutrients, expel toxins, create usable energy and speak to other cells in the body, allowing them to do the same? Then, when that cell eventually dies off, what was it replaced with? An inferior cell, an equal cell, or a superior cell?

Well, that all depends on what it’s given to work with when it comes to both food choices and proper hydration. The poorer the choices, the fewer the usable nutrients, the higher the toxins, and the greater the burden on that cell. As you can imagine, this causes the cell to work harder while attempting to do the same job. The harder it has worked, the shorter the lifespan.

This is a basic description of what’s called oxidative stress. Basically, your cells are rusting, for lack of a better word. Efficiency goes down and you feel it. When the cell eventually dies, it is likely replaced with an inferior cell and it shows up to the world as aging and sickness.

So what’s the answer?

It’s the winning strategy to reversing and rejuvenating your body’s cells by addressing what they truly want and need while removing what does not serve them.

Remember, the body knows how to self-heal. It’s a brilliant machine that will only ever fight for your survival. It is we ourselves that need to get out of its way and allow it to do what it needs to do. We’ve laid out the map. It’s proven to be the shortest path.

It only needs to be followed to undo and unravel decades of damage. All your hormones, systems, and ecosystems are on the ready to make this happen at the drop of a hat!
